The foundation was born at the same time as our desire to welcome travelers.
From the very beginning, the project was imagined as a collaborative one. The foundation is built around four main pillars: supporting initiatives within the village and the surrounding region, protecting biodiversity, creating a fair and human place, and building bridges between different worlds.
The finca is deeply connected to the life of the village and the valley, with the desire to create lasting connections and meaningful exchanges with residents, producers, artisans and local partners.
We support and help bring to life cultural, agricultural, educational and community initiatives that contribute to the vitality of the region.
Since the first stages of reforestation on the finca, we have been working closely with organizations, associations and specialists dedicated to protecting the environment.
Their guidance helps us better understand the natural balance of this land and adapt our actions over time. Today, they support us in strengthening our ecosystem preservation plans, protecting local biodiversity and encouraging the presence of birds and the many species that live in or pass through the valley.
At the finca, we want to build a sustainable project for those who bring it to life every day.
We are committed to offering working conditions that go beyond the standards of the sector, within a respectful and caring environment. Members of our team also have access to microcredit opportunities and support to help them build their long-term life projects.
We want to make this place an open and inclusive space. A place that welcomes everyone, where a person’s value is measured neither by their status, their background, nor their circumstances.
