KMØ Casa de viajeros

The cuisine at KMØ – Casa de Viajeros is inspired by what grows here, what nearby farms produce, and the very best the Coffee Region has to offer throughout the seasons.

We begin with vegetables, fruit, and herbs harvested from La Chagra, our kitchen garden, before turning to trusted farmers from the surrounding region. Whenever possible, we favour organic farming and producers we know personally. Beyond that, we simply look for the finest local ingredients, always paying close attention to where they come from and how they are grown.

Over time, we’ve learned that there is rarely a perfect choice. Between organic practices, proximity, seasonality, and the realities of rural life, we strive for a thoughtful balance—guided by common sense, transparency, and a genuine desire to support both the people who produce our food and the land that sustains it.

Our drinks follow the same philosophy: locally sourced products, unlimited specialty coffee, a fresh juice bar that changes with the harvests and the seasons, a carefully selected wine list, and beverages that tell the story of the region just as much as the food does.

Our cooking is also shaped by influences gathered along the way—from our travels, family traditions, memorable meals, and the many paths that eventually brought us here.

And because every day on the finca deserves a sweet pause, a homemade afternoon treat awaits each day.

There is no fixed menu at KMØ. The dishes evolve with the weather, the day’s harvest, seasonal inspiration… and sometimes with your own cravings.
